The County of Nairobi Governor Dr. Evans Kidero gave the Local Organising Committee (LOC) a stamp of approval as he expressed his satisfaction with their progress ahead of the IAAF World Youth Championships slated for July 12-16.
Dr. Kidero was taken round Moi International Sports Stadium, Kasarani – the venue for the global showpiece as he also toured the Athletes’ Village at the Kenyatta University (KU).
It’s during his visit to the Kenyatta University Nyayo 5 hostels that these pictures were taken. The rooms look great – definitely ready for the upcoming event.
